Order cancellation

  You may ask us to cancel an order at any time before it has been dispatched. Please email support@occasiongoods.com with your order number, and write "Cancel" in the subject  line.

  Orders are normally processed within 1-2 business days. Cancellation is possible while the order is still being prepared. Once the parcel has been handed to the carrier we can no longer cancel it - you can then return the item instead. Please see our Refund policy for the return process and the return window.

  If we cancel an order, we refund the full amount you paid, including any shipping charge. The refund is issued back to your original payment method.

  Customised or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has started. If you need to approve or change something on a customised order, please contact us within 3 days of ordering.
